Standard Warranty
- One-year warranty on all instruments manufactured by Pratt & Whitney
- For all products, service requests will be accepted by phone and email during normal business hours. Fill out this Customer Service Request form in order to receive a next-business-day response. Pratt & Whitney’s business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 am to 2:45 pm on Friday.
- Next business day, overnight parts replacement during warranty period is available on Pratt & Whitney instruments, subject to restrictions.

In-Warranty/Out-of-Warranty Policies
- In-Warranty: All instruments manufactured by Pratt & Whitney is warranted to be free from material defects for one year and will be repaired at Pratt & Whitney’s expense, provided a Return Material Authorization (RMA) is requested within the warranty period. (Customer pays freight for returned instruments to P&W).
- Out-of-Warranty: Pratt & Whitney will attempt to repair out-of-warranty instruments at an additional charge. In most cases, customers will be charged a minimum evaluation fee of $375, whether or not the unit can be repaired. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Equipment Repair and Return Policy
For all warranty and non-warranty repairs and/or replacements, please call Pratt & Whitney's Support Group at 860-286-8181 (option 3) and provide the following information. If the unit is found to be defective or in need of repair, a Return of Materials Authorization (RMA) number will be issued.
- Instrument model number
- Instrument serial number
- Brief description of problem, symptoms, and application
- Return shipping address (including contact name)
- Invoice address, contact name and telephone number
For maximum instrument protection in shipping, use of the original crate and packaging material is highly recommended. Send unit to:
