Pratt and Whitney Roundness Gage PWMS-150M

The PWMS-150M is a modular circular form
measurement system that allows for measurement of
work pieces weighing up to 1000 lbs. and 36” maximum
diameter. Options include 15”, 18”, and 24”
measurement tables mounted on a granite base,
supported by a steel frame with vibration isolating
feet. At the heart of this instrument lies a
10.62”(270mm) air bearing spindle that provides an
accuracy of 2.5µ"(0.063µm). A computer interfaced
module and motor encoder work with an integrated
touch screen for unparalleled user-friendliness. The
PWM-150M measurement abilities include
out-of-roundness, flatness, eccentricity, FIM, and
perpendicularity.

specified to accommodate work pieces up to 36" (.9m)
in diameter and 48" (1.2m) tall.
- Harmonic analysis and DR/Dø software enables
in-depth work piece analysis for improving the

- Part measurements can be downloaded onto a 3.5"
floppy or printed.
- Comes equipped with printer and operators
