Bloomfield, CT, January 10, 2014 – Pratt & Whitney has developed several new and improved accessories for use with the Labmaster Universal product line (Models 175, 1000M, and 1000A). These accessories compliment existing fixtures allowing faster and more accurate measurements. They include the Precision Probe Positioner (part# U307602) and V-Clamp (part# U307761) for measuring dial indicators, micrometer spindles, and precision balls. With a fine pitch thread, the new Precision Probe Positioner allows for extremely precise adjustments when inspecting artifacts. When used in conjunction with the new V-Clamp, the setup and measuring of dial indicators, test indicators, and micrometers is more user friendly and more precise.
