MasterXRF Instruments - Newly Released !

Pratt & Whitney has recently released new instruments known as the MasterXRF product line. MasterXRF instruments are engineered to support industrial process control, enhancing product quality and reducing costs. These systems are X-ray fluorescence spectrophotometers designed for incline analysis in electroplating applications.

Further, these instruments fully enable analysis of metal concentrations in plating baths, which include elemental chromium, iron, nickel, copper, zinc, palladium, silver, tin, and gold along with alkaline and acidic ZnNi solutions, and lastly, Cr and Co passivation solutions.

How it works:
The MasterXRF instrument continuously samples process solutions directly from the plating tank and transfers them through dedicated measurement tubing into the system for analysis. This advanced design removes the need for separate solution measuring cells or manifold assembly that require routine fl ushing and cleaning, simplifying operation and reducing maintenance demands. Additionally, the instrument can sequentially monitor up to four independent plating lines while allowing users to create customized measurement programs for each line. This fl exibility allows manufacturers to monitor multiple production processes through a single system while tailoring measurements to individual operations. Analysis and quantifi cation are performed using advanced Fundamental Parameter (FP) software, which provides accurate concentration measurements and reliable process data in real time. This software contains touchscreen features to ensure easy access and efficiency.
